Not only the best pho in NY, but a huge menu of traditional Vietnamese specialities. I've been coming to this gem of a restaurant for several years now and they are consistently good. I love their eye round pho on a cold winter day. Their spring rolls are great any time of the year. Really, every dish we've ever had here has been fantastic.
